What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a Principal UI/UX Product Designer to lead our design team in discovering, defining, developing and delivering a beautiful user experience and interface for our existing and future products. Our fearless UI/UX Design lead should have a knack for human-centered design and must see equal value in the importance of task-flow and scenarios as well as typography and color scheme.

This role will have a significant impact in our ability to launch new products and flesh out the alignment of our entire omni-platform. They will play an integral role in developing the journey of users as they implement our products to impact their organizations for good.

Discover

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
  • Utilize available audience data to inform your design decisions

Define

  • Collaborate with our engineering team to formulate strategies, generate ideas, improve workflow, and implement design decisions in a fast-paced, agile environment

Develop

  • Work with Givelify senior leadership to design and redesign the UI/UX for new and existing products:
    • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
    • Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
    • Build page navigation buttons and search fields
    • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how products function and look
    • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)

Deliver

  • Communicate, present, implement, and deploy the designs and design ideas to stakeholders and developers as visualizations in a clear, well-documented form
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user and team feedback

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
  • Strong portfolio with real-world examples of UI/UX savvy
  • Experience with process flows and wireframes
  • Proficient in Sketch, Photoshop, Adobe, and other industry-standard design packages

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a bi-lingual Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic Giving Advancement team. This individual should be fearless about growing Givelify’s customers by closing new organizations and ensuring the success of new and existing customers through effective on-boarding and ongoing support. The Sales Development Representative should be fluent in English and Spanish and will have the ability to exhibit a high-level of teamwork to support our current and future customers.

Your Responsibilities:

Sales Development

  • Master our products, technology, and sales approach
  • Connect with leaders of nonprofits or places of worship via phone, email, or social media to understand their giving and fundraising goals
  • Educate sales qualified and marketing qualified leads on the value of a mobile giving solution for their place of worship or nonprofit organization
  • Leverage reports and analytical tools to manage sales pipeline, lead volume and sales forecasts

Customer Success

We’re looking for a forward-thinking Director of Social Media and Digital Marketing to join our dynamic Marketing team. Your Responsibilities:

Social and Digital Strategy

  • Develop key components of the Givelify Android application
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative user interfaces and features
